Plumas Lake Elementary School District strives to recruit, develop, and maintain the best staff in all positions. Leadership continuously monitors and assesses the needs of all staff groups in regard to ongoing staff development.
Professional learning opportunities are alligned with the district strategic plan, the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), as well as the State Department of Education indicator areas.
