Cody Hess
Cody resides in Plumas Lake with his wife, son, and newborn daughter. Bringing over a decade of expertise in public outreach and community engagement, he recently earned his Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, East Bay.
As a parent of school-aged children, Cody understands the critical role thoughtful decisions play in supporting students, educators, and families. He is passionate about ensuring that Plumas Lake continues to thrive, believing that our schools are the cornerstone of a bright and promising future for the community.
